This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Magic Face Pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by Individual developer (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).

The Service Provider respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This document explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Application.

Face Data Handling in Our Photo Swap App

User-Initiated and Temporary Processing Only

Our app enables you to create photo swap images. When you voluntarily upload a photo containing your face, that image is used solely to generate the photo swap result you requested. We do not collect, store, or retain any facial images or facial biometric data beyond the time needed to produce your output.

No Facial Recognition or Identification

We never perform facial recognition, facial authentication, identity matching, or any form of biometric identification. We do not extract facial feature points, faceprints, or any biometric templates from your images. The uploaded face data is used purely as a visual image to create the requested swap effect.

Automatic Deletion After Generation

Once your photo swap result is generated, the original uploaded face image is deleted from our servers. No backup, cache, or log retains your face data. The generated output image is saved only to your device if you choose to save it, and is not stored on our servers.

No Training, No Analytics, No Sharing

We do not use any user-uploaded face images for training AI models, improving algorithms, analytics, advertising, or any other purpose beyond fulfilling your immediate photo swap request. We never share your face images or biometric data with any third party, including partners, research entities, or ad networks.

No Passive Collection

We never access your device’s camera, photo library, or face mapping APIs without your explicit, active consent for each upload. Each face swap request is a one-time, user-triggered action. We do not passively collect or pre-fetch any facial data.

Your Control and Transparency

• You choose which photos to upload.
• You can request deletion of any generated image from your own device at any time.

Apple Compliance Note

This policy complies with Apple App Store Review Guidelines Section 5.1.1 (Data Collection and Storage) and 5.1.2 (Data Use and Sharing). We explicitly disclose the temporary processing of user-uploaded face images, obtain your consent through the act of uploading, and delete the data immediately after fulfilling the requested function.

The Application uses third-party services to support AI processing, analytics, attribution, and performance. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Facebook SDK

These services may collect information such as device identifiers, app usage data, and processing request data in accordance with their own policies.

5. Your Privacy Choices

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting the Application
• Limit personalized ads through your device privacy settings

The Application does not require sign-up or login, so we do not store user accounts or contact information.

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
